"These photos are from forever ago when OBX just came out, and I found them on the website of the place she got them done and their Instagram. Since then, I haven't been able to find these same pictures on either site again and believe they were taken down," said the Reddit user who posted the pictures.

Fans on the thread were not happy to see that Madelyn potentially altered her face. "Please tell me this is just a dream," commented one user. "She's still really pretty. All bodies are beautiful, [realizing that] is a part of self-love and self-acceptance," said Madelyn in a conversation with Glamour UK in November 2022.

Madelyn has been open about her struggles with her body image, explaining to Women's Health in 2020 that she struggled with an eating disorder for the majority of her life. "I started cutting calories. I would eat like six almonds for breakfast because I didn't want to counteract the cardio that I just did," said Madison in conversation with Women's Health.

"It turned into not feeding myself protein and not feeding my body what it needed when I was working out so much. I worked out multiple times during the day. All I knew was I wasn't achieving a particular body image, and so I was angry. I was harming myself and starving myself in the process of trying to achieve that."

She credits her mom with helping her escape the grasp of the eating disorder."My mom was a wonderful help in that. She would stand there in the mirror with me, and we would list out things that I liked about my body,” said Madelyn to Women's Health. “After that repetition, those things became solidified in my mind. I like my curves, I like my hips, and after a while, I started to love my body. I became so much happier."

Madison also told Entertainment Tonight that acting has been a great source of relief from her diagnosis. "On days when it's really hard to be myself, it's really easy to be somebody else," said Madison to ET.
