Right. Using Razer; Naga Trinity, Black Widow Chroma v2, Razer Kraken headset. Using Raxer Central I got to update my Synapse from v20231026 to v20231110. I have tried, at least, a dozen times to make the update. Keep getting error message saying to contact Technical Support. ……………
Is this going to get fixed? Or is everyone busy working on V3 that there is no one to spare?

Synapse application's incoming update, after that, the Blackshark V2 headset I'm using can't perform any functions in terms of software. I will write all of these in bullet points and make sure it is understandable.
1- Synapse update arrived (Version: 20231107), I started getting an error while updating, and then I noticed a problem with the sound my headset was producing.
2 - I tried to repair the application. It didn't get fixed; the problem persists.
3 - I completely removed Synapse, deleted all the remaining files in Program Files, and reinstalled it. No matter what setting I adjust in Synapse, there is no change in the sound coming from my headset, as if it turned into a headset without a sound card. It didn't get fixed; the problem persists.
4 - I opened a case with Razer and shared all this information. A 72-hour waiting period was given; I didn't want to wait, so I contacted Razer Support on Twitter. They told me a few steps to follow; I did them, and the problem didn't get fixed. I am still waiting for the response from the case.
5 - Today, a new update for Synapse has arrived (Version: 20231110). They said they fixed all the things I mentioned. The update cannot be done! The situation is not resolved yet.
Please provide a solution now. It's been three days, and I can't use my headsets. Your response times shouldn't be this long. There is a problem, and it's not just specific to me; it's a general issue. Roll back your update.
I personally have the same problem, everything is exactly the same and a new update has been released for the faulty update and it also has faulty update codes. As mooonrose mentioned, this situation is now annoying and needs urgent attention.

Yes same, 7.1 sound came back with the update, but the sound quality is not the same as before and when the settings on the application are adjusted, the change does not occur, that is, they are not active.

Update Message 16 November 2023: The last update came on November 16. However, it still seems like no result has been reached. Settings cannot be made on Synapse, no audio features can be used. It's still faulty, the problem still hasn't been fixed...
Just updated today cuz my kraken v3 pro literaly stoped working, now the sound in game is insanely loud and I can’t hear anything else even if I’m lowering as much as I can the sound. Sometimes the songs automatically lower when people in voc are talking and then it’s back as loud as it was. I tried to fix it, deleted synapse, tried to repair it, nothing worked.
As far as I remember I had multiple issues the whole year due to synapse, can’t accept that today’s update just made my headset unusable…Honestly really disappointed by razer.
The latest update has jacked up all of my Razer devices. I have a brand new Turret set (don’t get me started on the Turret, I have a real love/hate relationship with this thing, I am now on my fourth set), and a Basilisk Ultimate. I updated the firmware on both, but as soon as I reboot my system, Synapse only gets a partial circle filled out on both devices, and simply hangs there. Then the RGB colors on both devices just continually cycles different colors, not loading my profiles.
I have uninstalled, and reinstalled all of the software several times, and I stopped including Cortex in case that may have been interfering with things. It is now only Synapse 3.0, and no matter what I do, the exact same issues continue. Prior to this latest update, everything was working perfectly.
If I unplug either device, then the other device begins working. However, if I reboot, even with only one device plugged in, the problem returns.
I can’t update either, and it’s been 2 weeks. It won’t even let me press the technical support link to report it.
this is the main reason that i will be putting all my razer stuff (M&KB, Mic, and headset) in a box and switch to logitech, im tired of synapse constantly sucking up the little time i have for gaming.. at this point razer could hire me as i spend more time fixing this stupid app then i do actually gaming on my pc.
after 4 months i still have the same issue is any of your problems solved i just bought blackshark v2 pro 2023 for its perfect mic but i cant use it because enhancements doesnt do anything
I should have checked what people were saying about this company before buying my headphones.
I enjoyed the sound for exactly 3 days after the Synapse update, but since then I've been listening to something that sounds like $4 trash, not my BlackShark V2 Usb Card.
