JC John M. Culbertson is professor of economics at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He has been an economist with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and a consultant to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. He is the author of six books, including International Trade and The Future of the West (21st Century Press, 1984).
